About Us & Our Commitment

Integrity Flooring and Interiors is a family-owned and operated business in Kingston, NH, with over 32 years of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial flooring and interior painting.  We are local folks.  Ron, Karen & Mathew Perry.  All raised right next door in Plaistow, NH.  Ron is a floorcovering installer by trade who opened our retail showroom in 2017.  He performs free in-home consultations, greets customers in the showroom, prepares proposals and is often found on-site, either installing or overseeing every project through completion.  Karen, who is a Registered Nurse by profession and holds a Master of Business Administration, recently joined the client-facing team here at Integrity after years of behind the scenes.  Beyond manning the showroom, she is charged with strategy & business development, operations, finance and all other aspects of the business that keep the wheels turning!  When we say family, we mean family!  Our son Mathew is our Warehouse and Installations lead.  He is an Army Veteran turned family-business frontman.  If he’s not on-site installing, he’s doing whatever it takes to be sure that every project gets started according to plan, and ends with only the highest quality installation and happiest customers! 

Integrity is not just our business name but also one of the core values that has made our business both successful and rewarding to own and operate for seven years!
